Kickboxing

You'll learn to defend yourself in any situation.
You'll build self confidence and self esteem.
It's an effective stress relief program. You'll increase
strength, flexibility and stamina. Great cross-training
aspects for other sports. You'll have lot of fun
getting into shape.
Who can be involved: 8 years +
Where: Beenleigh PCYC, Alamein Street, Beenleigh
When: Wednesday: 7.15-8.30pm.
Friday: 7.15-8.30pm
Cost: $8.00 per class (must be a PCYC member)
