Taekwondo - Korean Martial Arts

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that focuses on improving
all aspects of physical fitness, endurance, agility, flexibility, strength, reflexes, balance and judgement. Taekwondo improves ones self-confidence especially in times of stress
and confrontation, self esteem, perserverance and most
of all its fun for everyone.

Who can be involved: 6-17 years juniors; 18+ seniors
Where: Beenleigh PCYC, Alamein Street, Beenleigh
When: Beginners: Wednesday 6.45 - 7.45 pm
Advanced: Wednesday 7.45 - 8.45 pm
Beginners and Yellow Belts: Thursday 6.30 - 7.30pm
Yellow Belts: Tuesday 6.30 - 7.30pm
Advanced: Tuesday and Thursday 7.30 - 8.30pm
Cost: Junior $6.00; Advanced $8.00
